I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Shakopee, Savage, Prior Lake, Chaska, Minneapolis, Jordan, Burnsville, Lakeville, and Apple Valley and the rest of the Southern Twin City Area. If your facing for Foreclosure, I can help you navigate the ins and outs of the process. I work with your mortgage company or bank to sell your home and help you move beyond a bad situation.
I’ve lived in the southern Twin Cities area since 1968 with a short hiatus to California From 1970 to 1973. Penny and I have lived in the Shakopee area since we built our home on the southern shore of O’Dowd Lake in 1993. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I also did some graduate work at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
